Which suite should I go to?
For CT scans, CTA with HeartFlow, and CT calcium scoring, go to Suite 202 upstairs. For all other exams, go to Suite 303 downstairs. Both suites are at 7050 NW 4th Street in Plantation. If you are unsure, call us before your visit.
How do I schedule an appointment?
Call (754) 778-8882 during opening hours. Our team can discuss the requested exam and what is needed to arrange your visit.
Do you accept my insurance?
Call the center with your insurance details to confirm participation and ask about benefits or authorization requirements for your specific exam.
How will my doctor receive my results?
The center sends reports to your referring provider after radiologist review. Contact the team to confirm expected timing for your exam.
Can I get a copy of my images?
Contact the center to request a copy of your images and confirm the available delivery options. The image portal is also linked below.

I was scheduled for surgery in less than a week and had to get a chest x-ray. I was really stressed that I wouldn’t get it completed in time for me to have the surgery. I cannot say enough about how Professional Radiology Diagnostic Medical Imaging in Plantation is. The two women working in the front were very helpful and even expedited my results to my primary doctor so all was completed well in advance of my surgery. From the moment I called for an appointment I was treated excellently! I spoke with someone who gave me an appointment the same week. I was so relieved - First of all someone answered the phone - it wasn’t a message !
When I arrived today I was greeted by the most congenial knowledgeable, polite staff - with smiling faces. Isabella and Rosy were helping me. And I believe I spoke with Rachel ! I was taken on time by Mayline, the ultrasound technician. She was excellent!
